BBC America To Feature Doctor Who Fan Art At San Diego Comic Con

Attention all artists: BBC America wants you! Following their tradition from last year, they plan to display fan art from both Doctor Who and Orphan Black at San Diego Comic Con (SDCC) next month.

Along with this tweet, BBC America also posted official rules and a deadline to their Tumblr page.

Here’s how to submit:

1. If you have fanart/fan crafts from Orphan Black or Doctor Who Season 8, send it at its highest resolution, under 9MB (otherwise we won’t receive it), as a JPEG or TIFF file.

2. Send it to and include your Tumblr username or however else you’d like to be credited. You don’t need a Tumblr account to submit!

3. If your artwork is chosen to be featured, we’ll respond with a release form for you to sign and send back to us. And don’t fret if your artwork isn’t chosen, it’s only because of the volume of submissions we’ll receive.

Deadline for submissions: June 12th, 12PM EST

Due to the anticipated volume of submissions, they will only be accepting three pieces of fan art per person. They must be sent in separate emails.

Grab those pencils/pens/Photoshop, Doctor Who fans! Are you planning on sending something in for a chance to be featured at SDCC? Let us know below!
