Doctor Who: Before the Flood – Final UK Viewing Figures

The consolidated viewing figures for episode four of Series 9, Before the Flood, have been released.

The episode had 6.05 million viewers after a week of recordings – that’s a rise of 1.67 million on the overnight rating of 4.38 million. That’s up significantly on Under the Lake, but represents the lowest timeshift in some time for the show.
Doctor Who was the eighth most programme on BBC One for the week after The Great British Bake-Off, two editions of Strictly Come Dancing, Doctor Foster and three episodes of EastEnders. It is estimated the show ended up at around 21st most watched overall for the week.
