The consolidated viewing figures for the fourth episode of Series 10, Knock Knock, have been released.
The episode had 5.73 million viewers on average after a week of recordings, a rise of 1.41 million on the overnight rating of 4.32 million. That’s an anomalously low timeshift for the episode, as Doctor Who typically adds about 1.7 to 2 million in the final ratings. Nonetheless, it puts Knock Knock a tick above Thin Ice‘s rating of 5.61 million.
Doctor Who was 7th for the week on BBC One, behind four episodes of EastEnders, Car Share and Antiques Roadshow, and 21st for the week overall. Both chart placings are solid for the show, and are higher than those achieved by Thin Ice.
