Doctor Who: Mummy on the Orient Express – Final UK Viewing Figures

The consolidated viewing figures for episode eight of Series 8, Mummy on the Orient Express, have been released.

The episode had 7.11 million viewers after a week of timeshifting – that’s a rise of 2.03 million on the overnight viewing figure of 5.08 million. That’s up 200k on Kill the Moon, and is the best viewing figure since Robot of Sherwood.

The figure does not include those watching on iPlayer on computers or tablets – Doctor Who was number one on iPlayer for two days after transmission.
