BBC Worldwide and Skype have teamed up to offer Doctor Who fans the chance to step into the role of the Doctor’s companion via an innovative gaming experience.
Doctor Who: The Saviour Of Time is an immersive digital adventure which sees players communicating directly with the Twelfth Doctor as he searches for a mysterious artefact known as the Key To Time. Players will need to solve challenges, logic puzzles and quizzes to locate the six parts of the Key which have been scattered throughout time and space, and ultimately restore it in order to save the universe.
The specially-written six-part adventure from Joseph Lidster (The Sarah Jane Adventures, Torchwood) features exclusive voiceover from the Twelfth Doctor himself, Peter Capaldi.
The first installment of Doctor Who: The Saviour of Time is already available to play – future chapters will be released every Sunday at 6pm BST, shortly after each episode of Doctor Who airs on BBC One, BBC AMERICA (USA), Space (Canada), ABC (Australia) and in other key international markets.
