The episode faired higher with women, scoring high in the 16-34 age group.
Overall Doctor Who rated slightly higher with Women rather than Men and scored the highest within the 16-34 age group.
Unsurprisingly, the X Factor topped the charts again with 8.7 million viewers, putting Doctor Who 24th in the ratings list.
