The official ratings for episode 11 of Series 10, World Enough and Time, have been released.
The episode had an official rating of 4.995 million
viewers, which includes those who recorded the programme or watched the it within one week of broadcast. This is a rise of 1.62 million from its initial overnight figure of 3.37 million
World Enough and Time was the second highest rated programme on the Saturday, pipped to the post by Casualty, which had just 3,000 more viewers. The episode 21st most watched programme of the week, and the 9th highest rated programme on the BBC.
The final rating is the third lowest of the series, behind The Eaters of Light
(4.73 million) and The Lie of the Land
(4.82 million) and follows the slight decline in viewers since the start of series 10. However, it is still an impressive score and the show is still amongst the top programmes.
