Doctor Who: Your Questions Wanted For Cardiff Premiere!

Post written by Suman Kanchan.

If you were one of those who recently missed out on tickets to the Doctor Who world premiere in Cardiff, don’t worry as there’s still a chance for you to get involved – the BBC are looking for your questions for the show’s stars!

Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman will be at St David’s Hall this Thursday to launch Series 8 with a screening of its feature-length opening episode Deep Breath, and fans will have the opportunity to meet them from 11am as they walk up the red carpet outside Cardiff Central Library accompanied by Daleks and Cybermen.

Following the premiere there will be a Q&A session with the show’s lead actors, and as part of this the BBC will be selecting two of your questions to ask – they’d particularly love ‘creative questions that don’t demand episode spoilers’! The answers will feature in a special video on their Doctor Who site, where you’ll also be able to see coverage of the day’s events.

You can send in your questions by tweeting @bbcdoctorwho or emailing with the subject header ‘Peter and Jenna Questions’. Please also include your name and your age if under 18, and to be in with a chance of having your question asked make sure to get it in before 12pm on Wednesday!

The Cardiff launch of Series 8 kicks off the Doctor Who World Tour, which will also take in London before visiting Seoul, Sydney, New York, Mexico City and ending in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday 19th August. The series will then debut on television on Saturday 23rd August, when screenings of Deep Breath will also be taking place at selected cinemas worldwide.

Will you be sending in a question for Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman – what would you most like to ask them? Let us know in the comments below!
