Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat has been confirmed to appear at the upcoming Cheltenham Literature Festival, where he will appear in conversation in the Radio Times session ‘Sherlock, The Doctor and Me’.
He will take fans behind the scenes of both shows, discussing Doctor Who’s upcoming 50th Anniversary, the departure of Matt Smith and subsequent casting of Peter Capaldi, and give his views on the extraordinary success of his contemporary Sherlock, written with Doctor Who favourite Mark Gatiss.
Tickets for the hour-long session cost £10, and can be purchased in advance via the official website from October 7th. ‘Sherlock, The Doctor and Me’ is at 3.45pm on Sunday October 13th.
