Doctor Who Adventures magazine has announce that it will be changing to a four-weekly publication starting from this month in response to poor circulation figures for the magazine, which were published earlier this year.
The magazine’s publishers, Immediate Media Co, said:
We regularly look at the most appropriate frequency for our magazine titles and, following research, we have decided to move Doctor Who Adventures to a four-weekly frequency, in line with the rest of the market. We’ll be focusing on an improved gift offering while continuing to deliver our young Doctor Who fans the Doctor Who content they love.
From January to June 2014, the average net circulation was 19,966 per issue, a decrease of 29.8% on the previous six months
