New Who Series Criticised By Former Writer

Former Doctor Who writer, Rona Munro has criticised the new series of Dr Who on it’s sexual tesion between the Doctor & his companion.

She said to The Guardian that it was lazy to have a romantic relationship between the timelord and his companion.

“This is my chance to say it. I don’t think The Doctor should have fallen in love with anybody.

“I think that’s wrong. I don’t think there should be any snogging or any sexual tension because he’s a Time Lord, and his companion is but a mortal.”

The writer took charge of the 1989’s three-part Season 26 finale ‘Survival’ the last doctor who episode until the movie in 1996.

What do you think of this? Do you think it is true?
