Titan Comics prepares for the Thirteenth Doctor with a three-part epic

Titan Comics and BBC Studios are paving the way for the Thirteenth Doctor’s comic debut with an exciting three-part comic event coming this July.
Written by James Peaty (Supergirl), The Road To The Thirteenth Doctor will see the Tenth Doctor encounter ‘lost, ghostly spaceships’; the Eleventh Doctor and Alice visiting a ‘robot-infested’ 19th century San Fransisco; and the Twelfth Doctor face pterodactyls in a London wasteland.
The covers are by Robert Hack (Sabrina, Archie), while the illustrations have been created by a range of artists.
The series will lead up to the launch of the Thirteenth Doctor ongoing comic series in autumn. The Thirteenth Doctor comics will be written by Jody Houser, with art by Rachael Stott and Enrica Angiolini.

The three-part series will also lead up to the fifth annual Doctor Who Comics Day on Saturday 24th November – a global event celebrating Titan’s comic range. The event is set to be the biggest yet, with new comics and collections, merchandise, variant covers, signings, and events across the world at bookstores, libraries and online.
